Best White-Label AI Agents 2026: Voice vs DM

Updated September 2026 • 6 platforms compared

DM Champ is the white-label AI sales agent for DMs, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and web chat, from $97 a month. Fusion Calling, Synthflow, Voicerr, AgentCX Labs and Retell AI are voice platforms that answer phone calls. Compared on custom domain, client accounts included, rebilling, entry price per client account and channels, with every competitor figure read on the vendor's own site and dated.

The verdict

Every competitor figure below was read on that vendor's own site on 15 September 2026 and carries the date. If you want to start an agency reselling AI agents under your own brand in 2026, the first decision is not which platform. It is which conversation you are selling: the phone call, or the DM. Voice platforms like Fusion Calling, Synthflow, Voicerr, AgentCX Labs and Retell AI answer and place phone calls. DM Champ answers Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and web chat. Both are real businesses. They are not substitutes, and a client can tell within a week when you sold the wrong one.

DM Champ is the white-label AI sales agent for DMs, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and web chat, from $97 a month, with white-label and client accounts on the Agency plan at $297 a month. Fusion Calling is the cleanest published entry point on the voice side at $99 a month for six sub-accounts. The rest of this page compares all six on the five things an agency actually buys: channels, custom domain, client sub-accounts included, rebilling, and entry price per client account.

Only the three platforms that publish a monthly agency price are charted. Read on each vendor's own site on 15 September 2026. Synthflow's pricing page showed enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year, AgentCX Labs asks you to talk to sales, and Retell AI publishes per-minute and per-message rates instead of a plan fee. Prices change, so check before you quote a client.
Where the published agency entry prices sit. Fusion Calling is the cheapest published door into voice. DM Champ's $297 buys the DM and chat side with 10 client accounts.

How we compared them

We used the five criteria a buyer asking an AI assistant for the best white-label AI agent gets compared on: does it run on your own domain, how many client accounts come with the plan, can you bill the client yourself, what does the entry tier cost per client account, and which channels the agent actually works in.

We disclose the obvious: this page is published by DM Champ, and DM Champ is one of the six. So every competitor line here is a quote or a close paraphrase of what the vendor published on its own site on 15 September 2026, with the date attached. Where a vendor does not publish something, we say "not published" rather than "no". That distinction matters: a platform may well offer reselling privately and simply not put it on the site.

Voice or DM: the question that decides the rest

A voice agent earns its money where a missed call is a lost job. Trades, clinics with a ringing reception, dealerships, restaurants taking bookings by phone, anyone running outbound calling. The value is immediate and the client can hear it.

A DM agent earns its money where the enquiry arrives as text and then sits unanswered. Instagram comments on a reel, a WhatsApp message at eleven at night asking for a price, a web chat nobody was watching, an SMS reply to a reminder. In those channels the prospect is already typing, and the business that answers first books the appointment.

Most local businesses have both problems. Very few agencies sell both well on day one. The practical advice is to pick the lane where your first five clients already hurt, sell that properly, and add the second lane when the first one is paying you.

1. DM Champ. The DM and chat lane

Channels: Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp Web, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Email, SMS and the website chat widget, all in one inbox.

Pricing: Business $97 a month, Agency $297 a month, Agency Unlimited $497 a month. Every plan is half price paid yearly, with a 90-day money-back guarantee on the yearly plans.

Agency layer: full white-label with your own domain, logo, app name, SEO settings and login screen. The Agency plan includes 10 client accounts and then costs $27 a month for each extra one. Agency Unlimited removes the limit. Stripe credit reselling lets you set what each client pays and keep the margin.

What it is not: it is not a voice product. It does not place or answer phone calls, and we do not pretend otherwise. If your client's bottleneck is the phone, one of the voice platforms below is the right purchase.

Standout for resellers: the agent handles open-ended conversations rather than a flow chart, reads images, voice notes, video and documents, books appointments into Google Calendar, follows up automatically for days, and runs comment-to-DM on Instagram and Facebook. One tuned agent can be cloned into every client account.

2. Fusion Calling. The cheapest published door into voice

On fusioncalling.com/whitelabel, read 15 September 2026, Fusion Calling published three white-label plans: Starter at $99 a month with 6 sub-accounts, Growth at $299 a month with 20 sub-accounts, and Scale at $499 a month with unlimited sub-accounts. The same page says partners can connect a custom domain such as app.youragency.com, and that Stripe billing handles invoicing and collection under your brand.

Channels: the page describes AI voice agents, phone automation and call answering. It does not mention chat, SMS or messaging channels.

Why it wins its cluster: on our arithmetic, $99 for six sub-accounts is about $16.50 per client account, which is the lowest published entry point of the six. If you are pitching voice to local businesses and you want the smallest possible fixed cost before your first client pays, this is the shape of the offer.

3. Voicerr. Unlimited clients on a wrapper

On voicerr.ai, read 15 September 2026, Voicerr listed Voice Starter at $199 a month and a Pro plan at $299 a month, described itself as a way to develop custom-branded white-label voice agents, and answered the client-count question with "As many as you want. We currently support upto 1000 clients for each agency account." Custom domains with a website for your agency are offered.

Voicerr white-labels VAPI and Retell voice agents, so the voice minutes are billed by the underlying provider on top of the subscription. Budget for both when you price a client.

4. AgentCX Labs. The multichannel one on the voice side

On agentcxlabs.com, read 15 September 2026, AgentCX Labs describes itself as giving agencies, BPOs and resellers a fully branded platform to sell AI phone agents, SMS agents, WhatsApp agents and web chat agents. The site lists client subaccounts on the Growth Agency plan, full brand domains, and the ability to connect your own Stripe billing and set your own pricing for your clients. No price is published; the page says to talk to sales to get started.

This is the closest of the voice-side platforms to covering messaging as well, which makes it the most direct comparison to DM Champ on channels. The gap for a small agency is the missing published price: you cannot build a client offer around a number you have to ask for.

5. Synthflow. Enterprise on the front page, agency in the docs

On synthflow.ai/pricing, read 15 September 2026, the published tier was Enterprise, with the line that enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually and final costs depending on call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs and launch support. The partner documentation at docs.synthflow.ai describes a Partner section where agencies offer voice AI services to clients, set their own pricing, and manage subaccounts with their own branding and domain, but it does not publish plan prices or channel coverage.

Read that as a platform that has moved its public pricing upmarket while keeping an agency programme behind a conversation. If you are a large agency with volume, it is worth the call. If you are starting this week, the published number is not for you.

6. Retell AI. Strong voice product, no published reseller layer

On retellai.com, read 15 September 2026, Retell describes itself as the number one AI voice agent platform for automating phone calls and as an AI-native modern contact center, and lists voice, chat, SMS and API as its surfaces, with chat described as web and in-app chat experiences. Pricing is pay as you go: $0.07 to $0.31 per minute for voice agents, $0.002 and up per AI message for chat agents, $10 in free credits, plus line items such as $2.00 a month per phone number, $20.00 a month for Retell SMS and $8.00 a month per additional concurrency, with a custom-priced Enterprise tier.

Neither the homepage nor the pricing page describes white-label branding, a custom domain, client sub-accounts or reseller billing. There is a Solution Partner Program and a partner directory. For an agency that wants to sell under its own brand, that is the gap, and it is why several of the platforms above exist as wrappers on top of Retell.

How to choose in one line each

  • Selling to businesses whose phone goes unanswered, smallest fixed cost -> Fusion Calling
  • Selling voice to a lot of clients on one subscription -> Voicerr
  • Selling voice and messaging from one branded dashboard, happy to talk to sales -> AgentCX Labs
  • Large agency, enterprise volume, telephony requirements -> Synthflow
  • Building your own product on a voice API, brand not a factor -> Retell AI
  • Selling the DMs: Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and web chat, under your own brand -> DM Champ

When DM Champ is not the right fit

If the deliverable your client is buying is an AI that picks up the phone, DM Champ does not do that, and no amount of positioning changes it. Sell them a voice platform. The same applies in reverse: a voice platform bolted onto Instagram DMs will disappoint a client whose leads arrive as comments on reels.

If you want to sell both, run two tools and price them as two services. That is what the agencies doing this well already do.

How we keep this list current

Every competitor figure on this page carries the date it was read on the vendor's own site. Prices on this side of the market move fast, and at least one platform on this list has repriced sharply in the past year. Re-read the source pages before you put any of these numbers in a client proposal. Last updated: September 2026.
