The Diagnostic Logic (What We Actually Score)
The model scores your profile on 3 dimensions, then maps it onto the 6 AppSumo plans (for owners) and onto the current plans (for everyone else).
Dimension 1: Volume. How many sub-accounts you actually need today + projected 12 months out. Sub-account = one client, one brand, one DM funnel.
Plan 1: 0 sub-accounts (main account only). Solo operator running their own brand.
Plan 2: 3 sub-accounts. Solo + 2 brands, or starting agency.
Plan 3: 10 sub-accounts. Small agency, 5-10 clients.

Where DM Champ Fits (The Honest Bridge)
The AppSumo lifetime deal ended on August 14, 2026. It is not coming back and it cannot be bought. If you own a plan from it, nothing about that changes: white-label, sub-accounts and Stripe credit reselling stay included exactly as they were, white-label from Plan 3 up, unlimited sub-accounts on Plan 6, all future platform updates included, and no recurring platform fee.
