Connect your own Skool account to DM Champ and every member who messages you becomes a chat your AI agent can answer. Each post you watch becomes one chat with every comment under it, so you reply to the right person without scrolling Skool. Move a commenter to a private chat in one click, and welcome new members of the communities you run. Skool is in Beta on paid plans.
How it worksWhat the setup actually looks like, from the connection screen to the first booking or record the AI handles in Skool.
In Settings, under Channels, click Channels and find the Skool card with its Beta badge. Click Connect.
Tick the box that says you understand Skool may restrict or suspend a Skool account connected this way, and the box for the connection fee. Then enter your Skool email and password. If Skool emails you a sign-in code, type it in. Signed up with Google? Set a Skool password in your Skool settings first.
Direct messages are always on. Turn on Watch my posts for each community where comments on your posts should become chats. In communities you own or run, you can also watch whole categories and switch on a welcome message for new members.
DMs arrive as normal chats and your AI agent can reply. Post chats show the post, every comment with who wrote it, and a Reply button on each comment.
Add a Skool comments entry point to an agent. It answers only real questions on the posts, communities or categories you choose, and stays off until you switch the rule on.
Every screen and field is covered in the setup guide: Skool documentation.
Direct messagesEach member who sends you a Skool DM gets their own chat, like on any other channel. Your AI agent answers by the same rules you already use to decide who answers new conversations, and the reply lands in their Skool DMs. If you or your team answer on Skool itself, that reply shows up in the chat and the AI steps back, the same as when a person replies on any other channel.
Post commentsA post you watch becomes a single chat. The post sits at the top, every comment and reply lands under it with the member's name and photo, and a thread where a member has the last word is marked Waiting on you. Click Reply on a comment to answer that person in public. Skool shows two levels of replies, so an answer to a reply goes under the first comment of the thread and starts with an @mention, so they get notified.
AI on commentsThe AI does not write under your posts until you add a Skool comments entry point to an agent. You choose the communities, categories or posts, optional keywords, and whether the AI writes a short answer or posts your own exact text. New rules can be saved switched off, so you set everything up first.
New membersIn a community you own or moderate, switch on Message new members and write your welcome. {first_name} is filled in with each new member's first name. Tick Let the AI agent handle replies and your AI agent answers when they write back, or leave it off and answer them yourself.
Worth knowingSkool has no official way to connect other apps and may restrict or suspend a Skool account connected this way, under its own rules. That is why connecting asks you to confirm it first. Each connected Skool account costs 50 credits per 30 days, and AI replies use credits the same way as on every other channel.
The same AI agent that closes $40K deals in DMs is one click away. No signup, no demo call: open the chat, push back, see if you can break it.
