The Diagnostic Logic (What We Actually Score)
The model has four levers.
Lever 1: Inbound DM volume. How many sales-intent DMs you receive per month.
Lever 2: Current median first reply time. Pulled from your own log of the last 20 DMs.
Lever 3: Average deal value. What a closed sale is worth to you.
Lever 4: Baseline conversion rate. Today, percentage of inbound DMs that close.

The math. For your current median, we calculate your conversion factor. Then we calculate what conversion would be at under 60 seconds (achievable with AI agent). The delta multiplied by your deal value multiplied by your DM volume equals your monthly leak.
