Entry Points decide which agent picks up a new conversation: the channel default, a specific WhatsApp number, a keyword, an Instagram comment, a Facebook comment, or an Instagram follower. The Who Answers New Conversations panel shows the routing per channel and flags any channel where nobody is answering, so a connected channel cannot quietly sit there with no agent on it.
