What do agencies charge their clients for this?

Most agencies reselling DM Champ charge their clients $200 to $500 a month per account, and they set that price themselves. On the Agency plan at $297 a month you get 10 client accounts, so ten clients at $300 a month is $3,000 coming in against $297 going out. Extra client accounts are $27 a month each, and Agency Unlimited at $497 a month removes the count entirely. When you resell credits through your own Stripe you also set the per-credit price and keep the spread.

Does the Agency plan include Stripe rebilling?

Yes. Both Agency plans connect your own Stripe account, so clients pay you directly and the money lands in your account. You set the price of credits and plans yourself and keep the difference, and you can allocate credits per client with limits from a shared pool. Any other payment provider can be wired in through a webhook instead.

Yes. Self-serve client signup comes with the Agency plans: clients register on your own domain, see your branding and your prices, and land in their own account without you creating it by hand. You can still create accounts yourself, and snapshots clone a finished setup onto a new client in one step.

Agency is for reselling: everything in Business plus 10 client accounts (then $27 a month each), true white-label under your own domain, client pricing you set yourself, 1,000 AI credits a month, bring-your-own AI key and 10 seats. Agency Unlimited removes the client-account count entirely, bumps the allowance to 2,500 AI credits a month, unlimited seats and priority support. Past roughly 17 client accounts, Unlimited works out cheaper than Agency plus per-account fees.

What is an AI credit, and how many replies do I get?

AI credits pay for the AI's work: replies, tool calls like booking an appointment, and the small evaluations that run around a conversation. A typical customer reply, with everything that rides along with it, works out to around half a credit on the default setup, which is why 250 credits comes to around 500 AI replies, 1,000 to around 2,000 and 2,500 to around 5,000. Extra AI credits are $0.10 each and can top up automatically.

Do the included AI credits cover WhatsApp message fees?

Your included credits are AI credits: they cover everything the AI does. Message delivery is a separate cost and how you pay it depends on how you connect. On a WhatsApp number we manage for you, Meta's delivery fees are charged to your credit balance as you send, at Meta's rate plus a small billing fee, from credits you purchase rather than from the included allowance. Connect your own Meta app or your own Twilio account instead and you pay the carrier directly with no charge from us, and WhatsApp Web has a flat monthly connection fee with no per-message cost. SMS always runs on your own Twilio account.
