Four operator archetypes.

Archetype 1: The Solo Generalist. You like variety, hate process, run lean. You are the best in the room at what you do. You sell custom retainers $3K-$10K per month to 5-12 clients. Ceiling is $50K-$80K MRR before you burn out or hire your replacement. Best at: relationship-driven, custom strategy.

Worst fit: anything productized. You will get bored within 6 months.

Archetype 2: The Productized Specialist. You love systems, hate variety. You sell one specific deliverable on a fixed package $1K-$3K per month to 30-80 clients. Ceiling is $100K-$200K MRR. Best at: ops, repeatability, scale.
