The Diagnostic Logic (What We Actually Score)
The model scores 4 axes. Each axis is 1 to 10. The floor of the four axes is your stage classification.
Axis 1: Offer. Do you have a productized offer ready, or do you sell custom retainers? Productized scores higher because white-label AI is a productized service.
Axis 2: Operations. Do you have systems to onboard a new client at scale, or is every onboarding bespoke? Bespoke onboarding kills your margin past 3 clients.
Axis 3: Sales. Do you have a repeatable sales process to sell a $500-$2,000 per month service, or do you only know how to sell $5K+ retainers? White-label AI lives in the mid-tier price range and needs a sales motion that fits.
