AI Employee pricing
The AI Employee is GoHighLevel's AI bundle (Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Content AI). It is billed per sub-account where you switch it on, according to the AI product pricing article:

SaaS mode and rebilling
SaaS mode, where you sell GoHighLevel to clients as your own software with automatic sub-account creation, is only part of the $497 Agency Pro plan. Rebilling works in two tiers:
- On the $297 and $497 plans you can rebill phone and email usage to clients at cost, without markup.
- Rebilling with a markup is only available on the $497 plan, for both phone and email.
Usage costs: LC Phone, LC Email and WhatsApp
Usage is charged on top of the plan. GoHighLevel's LC Phone pricing article says LC Phone costs the same as Twilio, and lists:
- A local number at $1.15 a month and a toll-free number at $2.15 a month.
- US and Canada SMS at $0.00747 per segment, outbound and inbound (a 10% discount on the $0.0083 list price), with carrier fees passed through on top.
- Voice minutes are billed per minute; the article has the full table.
LC Email is $0.675 per 1,000 emails on every plan. For WhatsApp, the WhatsApp pricing article lists North America marketing messages at $0.0263 and utility messages at $0.0036. From October 1, 2026, service messages are charged after the first 1,000 per phone number per month. Agencies can mark WhatsApp usage up between 1x and 10x.
A worked example
Take an agency on the $297 Unlimited plan with 10 client sub-accounts, each on the $97 AI Employee Unlimited plan. Before any usage, that is $297 plus 10 × $97 = $1,267 a month. On the $50 Growth plan instead it is $297 plus $500 = $797 a month, with 1,000 Conversation AI responses per client. Phone, email and WhatsApp usage come on top in both cases.
Where DM Champ fits
GoHighLevel is a full CRM: funnels, websites, email marketing, calendars, phone and a pipeline. DM Champ is not a replacement for that. DM Champ's AI credits pay for the AI's work: a typical reply comes to around half a credit, and extra credits are $0.10 each. Message delivery is separate, the same way GoHighLevel charges usage. When GoHighLevel is the better buy: you want funnels, websites, email marketing, a phone system and Voice AI in one login. When DM Champ is the cheaper fit: you want an AI that sells in WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger for many clients without paying an AI add-on per sub-account.
