Haiku for high-volume, simple reply use cases (FAQ-heavy, low ambiguity). Sonnet for complex sales conversations where reply quality drives revenue. DM Champ lets you pick per campaign.

What's included in the ~2,500 token overhead per call?

System prompt, persona instructions, FAQ context (vector + BM25 retrieved), recent chat history, tool definitions and Layer 3 long-term summary. We pre-cache the static parts for ~50% input cost reduction.

Does prompt caching apply to BYOK?

Yes - Anthropic's prompt caching is provider-side, so your BYOK key gets the cache discount automatically when DM Champ uses cache breakpoints (which it does by default).

Why does DM Champ credit-pay mark up provider cost?

Credit-pay is the all-inclusive path - DM Champ handles billing, retries, fallback, model selection and key rotation. BYOK passes provider cost through 1:1 and you handle the key. Most heavy users go BYOK.

Can I really resell DM Champ to my clients?
