The Diagnostic Logic (What We Actually Score)
The model classifies you into one of 4 channel archetypes.
Archetype 1: IG-First. Discovery happens on Instagram. Buyer comes from content. Lower-touch sale. Examples: coaching products under $500, ecommerce DTC, info products.
Primary: Instagram. Secondary: email or WhatsApp for retention.
Archetype 2: WhatsApp-First. High-touch sale, high deal value, mostly international or mobile-first geography. Examples: health clinics, high-ticket coaching, B2B services in EMEA/LATAM/SEA.
Primary: WhatsApp. Secondary: Instagram for top-of-funnel discovery.
Archetype 3: Multi-Channel. Big enough that you need IG for discovery, WhatsApp for closing, SMS for re-engagement, and Messenger for some segments. Usually $50K+ MRR.
Primary: All four in coordinated stack. Secondary: web chat for new visitors.
Archetype 4: Pre-Channel. You do not have enough audience anywhere to justify channel optimization. Foundation work needed first.
