The counting rules first
- The CRM creates a deal automatically (via the DM Champ integration) when an AI conversation produces a sales-qualified prospect, tagged as AI-originated with a link back to the conversation thread.
- We count only Closed Won deals with real, individually entered amounts. Open pipeline deals carry a default placeholder value in this CRM, so we do not sum pipeline and we do not publish a "pipeline value" number.
- Deal amounts are in euros in the CRM; dollar figures use the market rate at publication (1 EUR = 1.15 USD, August 2026) and are rounded.

The numbers
- 371 deals tagged AI-originated since April 2024, and accelerating: 34 in 2024, 99 in 2025, 238 in the first seven months of 2026 alone.
- 22 Closed Won AI-tagged deals totalling $5.0M (EUR 4,341,500).
- The two largest: $2.3M and $1.4M, closed in 2025, by two patients who are brothers. The first conversation in each case ran through the AI on WhatsApp. They are the two largest patients in the clinic's history, and both entered through the same channel the AI runs.
- A further 11 deals worth $1.07M (EUR 927,000) are deposit-paid or treatment-date-set: committed, not yet counted as closed above.
The stat that matters more than the total
The average AI-tagged closed deal, with the two record-setting brothers excluded so outliers do not flatter the number, is $66k. The average across the clinic's 636 non-AI Closed Won deals is $31k. The AI channel's closed deals average more than twice the clinic's normal deal size.
That inverts the assumption every buyer has about AI in sales: that the bot handles the small stuff while humans take the whales. In this dataset the whales came through the AI conversations, including a $115k deal that started as a video-consult request in a DM thread, and the two record-setting brothers. The reason is mundane and structural: the AI answers at 2am in the prospect's language, with photos understood and objections handled, and it never gets impatient across a $50,000+ objection thread that plays out over days.
What this receipt is and is not
It is a deal-by-deal count from one clinic's CRM export, with the counting rules disclosed, from the clinic where this product was built, which is exactly why we can show the receipts. It is not a promise of your results, and it is not independent of us: FueGenix is DM Champ's origin story (the full playbook). Judge it the way you would judge any vendor case study: by whether the counting rules survive scrutiny. For platform-wide numbers counted the same disclosed way, see the benchmark data: 1.1M+ AI replies with the methodology published.
