What This Diagnostic Tells You
Most audits are done by someone else. This one is done by you, on your own funnel, with a guide. That matters because nobody sees the leaks more clearly than the person who built the funnel, once they have a checklist in hand.
The course is structured around the five-stage DM Funnel Maturity Model. If you want the at-a-glance version, run the free DM Funnel Maturity Score first, then use this course to fix what it surfaces. Day 1 covers Stage 1. Day 3 covers Stage 2 and 3. Day 5 covers Stage 4 and 5. Day 7 is your action plan.
Each daily DM lesson gives you the audit checklist for that stage, a self-scoring grid, and a benchmark from real funnels we have audited. You audit your own funnel against the checklist, you score yourself, you move to the next lesson when you are ready.
At the end you have a one-page action plan that says: here is my stage, here are my three biggest leaks, here is what I will fix in the next 30 days.
Without a structured audit, operators look at their numbers and feel bad. They do not know which lever to pull. This course makes you pick the lever, score the impact, and commit to the next move.
The same AI delivering this read is one click away. Ask it anything. Push back. See if you can break it.
How It Works
Step 1. Comment 7DAY on the post. DM Champ DMs you the link to start the course.
Step 2. Confirm you want in by replying START in the DM. Your Day 1 audit message arrives in the same DM thread within 5 minutes.
Step 3. One message per day for 7 days, delivered right in your DM thread (Day 1, 3, 5, 7 are content. Day 2, 4, 6 are reminder nudges with one tactical tip each).
Step 4. Each content day, you audit your funnel against that day's checklist. Score yourself on the grid. Takes 20 to 40 minutes.
Step 5. The Day 7 message asks you to send back your final stage score in the DM. You then get the 1-page action plan template to fill in, mapped to your stage.
The Diagnostic Logic (What We Actually Score)
The course follows the DM Funnel Maturity Model. Five stages. Three axes.
Stage 1: No Funnel. No reply protocol. Reply when you remember. Median first reply over 4 hours.
Stage 2: Manual Reply. Consistent replies, no template. Median first reply 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Stage 3: Templated Reply. Saved replies, basic qualifiers, basic follow up. Median first reply 5 to 30 minutes.
Stage 4: Hybrid AI plus Human. AI front line, human close. Median first reply under 60 seconds.
Stage 5: Full AI Sales Agent. End to end automation, human only for high ticket. Median first reply under 10 seconds.
Three axes inside each stage. Speed: how fast you reply. Depth: how many qualifiers you ask before pitching. Recovery: how you handle ghosters.
The course teaches you to score yourself on each axis with specific, measurable thresholds. No vibes. Numbers.
The final 1-page action plan picks your single biggest gap (the axis with the lowest score relative to your stage) and gives you the 30-day remediation. The action plan templates are pulled from patterns we see across DM Champ accounts, drawn from real fixes that moved the needle.
Diagnostic Inputs (The 5 Daily DM Prompts + Content)
You do not fill out a form. You audit your own funnel using each day's checklist. Here is what each daily DM lesson contains.
-
Day 1 DM. Prompt: Day 1: How fast do you actually reply (with the data, not vibes)? Content: Pull your last 20 DMs. Log the timestamp of inbound, log the timestamp of your first reply. Calculate the median in minutes. Score: under 60s, 1-5m, 5-30m, 30m-4h, 4h+. That score is your Speed axis. The lesson shows you the benchmark by stage and explains why Speed is the easiest axis to fix and the most underrated. If your median is anywhere north of a few minutes, the free slow DM reply revenue loss audit puts a dollar figure on the gap so you can see what the delay actually costs.
-
Day 3 DM. Prompt: Day 3: Are you qualifying or pitching? The 4-qualifier test. Content: List the questions you ask before quoting price. Score against the 4 universal qualifiers: budget, timeline, decision authority, current solution. Most operators ask zero. Some ask one. Stage 4 and 5 funnels ask all four, in a specific order. The lesson gives you the qualifier sequence and asks you to grade your current version against it.
-
Day 5 DM. Prompt: Day 5: What happens when they ghost? The 7-14-30 test. Content: Pull DMs from 30 days ago that never closed. Did anything happen to them? In 80% of funnels: nothing. The lesson teaches the 7-14-30 revival sequence. Day 7 nudge. Day 14 value drop. Day 30 last call. You audit your current revival flow against this. Most score 0 of 3. If you need the exact wording, the booking confirmation and no-show recovery DM scripts give you tested copy you can drop straight into each revival step.
-
Day 6 DM (bonus tactical). Prompt: The 60-second qualifier rewrite. Content: Take your current first qualifier DM. Apply the 60-second rewrite framework: question-driven, one ask, specific, low friction. The lesson gives you 5 swipe examples. You rewrite yours.
-
Day 7 DM. Prompt: Day 7: Your final stage score and 1-page action plan. Content: Compile your three axis scores from Day 1, 3, and 5. Floor of the three is your stage. Reply in the DM with your three scores. You get the 1-page action plan template mapped to your stage to fill in. The plan picks the single biggest gap and gives you the 30-day fix.
The Result Framework
Your final 1-page action plan has six elements.
Element 1: Your stage. One of the five.
Element 2: Your three axis scores. Speed, Depth, Recovery. Each 1 to 10.
Element 3: Your single biggest gap. The axis where the gap to the next stage is widest.
Element 4: Your 30-day fix. Three specific actions, each with a script or template. Pulled from patterns we see across DM Champ accounts.
Element 5: Your projected revenue impact. A simple formula you apply to your own DM volume and price point to estimate what closing that gap is worth in dollars per month.
Element 6: Your stack recommendation. Tools that match your stage. Sometimes that includes DM Champ. Sometimes it does not.
Where DM Champ Fits (The Honest Bridge)
The course is product agnostic. We teach you the framework, you do the audit, you get your plan. If your plan does not require DM Champ, the plan does not mention DM Champ.
Where DM Champ shows up: if your Speed score is under 60 seconds away from Stage 4, automation is the only way to close the gap. No human replies in under 60 seconds, consistently, 24/7. That is what a human-like AI sales agent does. DM Champ gets a Stage 3 operator to Stage 4, and the cheapest way in is the AppSumo lifetime deal, a one-time purchase from $59 with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you would rather subscribe than buy once, the Growth tier is $97 per month.
If you are an agency and your clients are running Stage 1 to 3 funnels, the action plan also includes a Reseller Score. Can you sell this fix as a service? Yes. The best way in is the AppSumo lifetime deal: white-labeling is included from Tier 3 ($229), and Tier 6 ($999) gives you unlimited sub-accounts plus the full agency toolkit (white-label, sub-accounts, and Stripe credit reselling) permanently, with no recurring platform fee. If you would rather subscribe than buy once, the Agency plan is $497 per month. See /for-agencies/.
If your result puts you in Stage 3 or higher and you want to resell, the lifetime deal (Tier 3+ for white-label, Tier 6 for the full agency toolkit) is built for you, with monthly Agency at $497 per month as the alternative. See /for-agencies/.
